Withdraw from contract
Use this form to notify us that you wish to withdraw from your purchase, including a preorder. No account or reason is required.
For goods, the ordinary withdrawal period is 14 days from delivery. You can also withdraw before delivery. This form remains available: the date of payment does not determine whether you may submit it.

- I hereby give notice that I withdraw from the contract of sale for the goods and order identified above.
This receipt confirms that we received your statement at the time shown. The seller will identify the purchase and manage any return and refund under the applicable terms. The receipt is not an approval of a refund, and receipt of the statement does not depend on that review.
If you have already received the goods, unless we have offered to collect them, send them back within 14 days of communicating your withdrawal, following the return conditions. Do not wait for our reply to meet this deadline. Keep your proof of dispatch. Return instructions.
